Symptoms:

Compressed air flow, but spray drops of oil or very small drops of oil.

Analysis:

4, air passages become plugged, oil cups on the cavity pressure.

Process:

Symptoms:

Analysis:

1, air compressor pressure is too small.

Process:

On the four-cylinder magnetic switch does not close or is not closed

Symptoms:

When the cylinder is closed or open when the magnet close to farewell switch, but POS switch does not close or is not closed

Analysis:

1, power failure;

2, poor wiring;

3, a magnetic switch mounting excursion;

4, cylinder surrounded by a strong magnetic field;

5, parts of the in-cylinder temperature is too high or the magnetic switch temperature above 70 degrees;

6, magnetic switch hit, desensitizing;

7 instantaneous break through the current, magnetic switches.

Process:

1, check that the power supply is normal;

2, check for loose wiring parts;

3, adjust the magnetic rehabilitation installation location;
