Stationary concrete batching plant is a kind of large-scale concrete mixing equipment, which needs to lay foundation and fixed in a certain position, and is suitable for large-scale and long-term concrete production; while mobile concrete batching plant is a kind of small and movable concrete mixing equipment, which is suitable for construction sites that need to be transferred frequently.
According to the form of concrete mixer, concrete batching plant can be divided into double horizontal shaft type, planetary type and so on. Double horizontal shaft concrete mixer is a common concrete mixer, with good mixing effect, high productivity, easy maintenance and other advantages; planetary concrete mixer has the advantages of uniform mixing, wide range of applications, high reliability.
According to the weighing method, the concrete batching plant can be divided into individual weighing and cumulative weighing. Individual weighing refers to weighing all kinds of raw materials separately and then mixing them according to the proportion; cumulative weighing refers to weighing all raw materials cumulatively and then mixing them according to the total weight.
According to the discharging method, the concrete batching plant can be divided into tilting type and non-tilting type. The discharge port of tipping plant is designed with a tipping device, which can tilt the mixed concrete into the concrete transit mixer; the discharge port of non-tipping plant does not have a tipping device, so it is necessary to use other ways to transport the concrete to the designated location.
