Powder storing and transferring system common breakdown and solution

Symptoms:

1, slow or not feeding screw conveyor feeding, feeding for more than two minutes.

2, bulk cement trucks in the flour silo-pump ash, powder silo top powder out.

Analysis:

1, slow spiral feeding mainly powder silo feeding poor or caused by damage of screw conveyor. Under the poor form of powder material arching, discharging port are lumps, discharge valves open smaller, lack of powder material in cement silo, screw conveyor spiral leaf deformation, damage was mainly spiral is not working properly.

2, appeared to take ash is mainly dust filter blockage, compressed air will open the relief valve, powder through the relief valve discharges into the atmosphere or the level meter failure powder silo filled with continued feeding, appears out of the safety valve.

Treatment methods:

1, open powder cartridge by the arch-breaking device and check the caking of the powder silos exit be clear in time.

2, check the powder hopper discharge opening angle of the butterfly valve, and open to a reasonable position, ensure complete discharge fluid.

3, check whether the spiral conveyor leaf deformation, deformation, needed correction or replacement.

4, check the powder silo top dust filter and clean up.

5, if powder ash top risk occurs, clean powder buildup around the top of the relief valve, and check the level meter on the reliability and full alarm.
