How to installation and test run of concrete batching plant

1. The installation site should be flattening and grounded. The open mouth of the site should be higher than the ground in order to avoid water flowing into the pit.

2. Lift the mixer with elevator, install 4 ground jack to connect angle iron, inclined strut and crawling ladder, and install the up and down railroad, put it rightly in the pit. Pay attention to keep them in the same level when installing. Railroad frame should not skew and misplace. The user should fix the base according to practical situation.

3. Weather protection and transportation channels should take into consideration when installing power, water supply and material place.
