At the core technology level, the hydraulic press interlock block machine equipment adopts a high-performance hydraulic interlocking system imported from Germany, equipped with a double vane pump and precision proportional valve group to achieve real-time closed-loop control of pressure and flow. The hydraulic pump station has a nominal pressure of up to 31.5 MPa. A three-stage pressing process (fast pressing-holding-slow retraction) ensures uniform brick density, with a pressure fluctuation error of ≤±0.5 MPa. Interlocking safety design is a core highlight. Through a PLC controller linked with displacement and pressure sensors, a full-process interlock system is implemented, preventing pressing if material feeding is incomplete, preventing material feeding if the pressure head is not reset, and immediately stopping the machine if the pressure exceeds the limit. This completely eliminates equipment damage and safety accidents caused by misoperation.

The control system of  our block making machine uses a Siemens S7-200 series PLC, equipped with a 7-inch color touchscreen. It has a built-in 100-set recipe storage function and can quickly switch between production parameters for different brick types such as standard bricks, hollow bricks, and plaza bricks. The system has comprehensive self-diagnostic functions, monitoring key parameters such as hydraulic oil temperature, system pressure, and vibration frequency in real time. The fault response time is ≤0.3 seconds, and fault codes and solutions are displayed simultaneously, reducing maintenance difficulty.

Key technical parameters are precisely matched to the needs of large-scale production: Main machine power 37kW, molding cycle 8-12 seconds/mold, single mold output can reach 18-24 bricks (standard bricks) depending on the brick type, daily production capacity (8 hours) ≥ 45,000 bricks. The vibration system adopts high-frequency vibration technology, with an excitation force of up to 180kN and an amplitude of 2mm, ensuring rapid compaction of materials within 2 seconds, resulting in a brick compressive strength ≥ 15MPa, meeting the MU15 standard. It has wide raw material compatibility, processing various raw materials such as fly ash, tailings sand, and construction solid waste, with a maximum admixture ratio of 90%, achieving resource recycling while reducing production costs.

The equipment structure adopts a four-column rigid frame, which is integrally welded and aged, with a frame deformation ≤ 0.2mm/m, ensuring long-term operational stability. The molds are treated with carbonitriding, achieving a hardness of HRC58-62 and a service life ≥ 100,000 mold cycles. The hydraulic system is equipped with an imported cooler, maintaining oil temperature between 35-55℃, effectively extending the lifespan of hydraulic components and achieving an overall equipment failure rate of ≤1%.
