The installation steps of concrete pump machine

If the concrete mixer truck can supply materials directly for concrete pump, the concrete pump can be installed locally, provided it is convenient to connect tube and feed materials. If the concrete is mixed and delivered in the construction sites, make sure the location of concrete mixer according to the construction sites and feeding methods of concrete mixer. Then make sure the location of pump machine according to discharging height and requirements which are suitable for connecting tube and pumping. Here are installation methods:

1. First of all, make the concrete pump on the firmed cement floor or stone and keep it horizontally. Lock the positioning pin and safety pin of four landing legs of concrete pump firmly so that can make the tyres out of the ground or remove the tyres.

2. Add a chute between discharging port of concrete mixer and material hopper of pump so that make sure the discharging materials can flow into the material hopper of pump.

3. Under normal circumstances, the hopper above of pump should be heightened 20cm which can increase hopper volume to avoid leakage of concrete(forced type concrete mixer had better discharge materials completely for one time, which can make the concrete which enters into hopper more even).

4. After installation of pump machine, the close and open of cover door should be free, which can make it easy to maintain and operate.
