Inspection provisions of the drive system of concrete batching plant

1. main motor with planetary reduction gear (or cycloidal speed reducer, coupling, the bridge gears transmit power) connections should be reliable, operation should be steady, there should be no noise;

2. climbing rail unloading safety hook and latch should be complete; hopper on wheel loader, gear wear should not exceed the requirements of the specification;

3. the bucket elevator, screw conveyor transfer should be smooth, without noise, leaks, cement products;

4. pull shovel system slewing gears should be within the scope of this specification, and wire ropes shall conform to the relevant provisions of this regulation;

5. belt conveyors for cement silo batching system running smoothly, not deviation, skid, there should be no abnormal noise, tape should not fault, cracking.
