In terms of structural design, we have made targeted optimizations based on the characteristics of overseas working conditions. The automatic hollow block making machine employs a PLC control system linked with a hydraulic system. Core components are made of wear-resistant alloy steel and undergo vacuum quenching, ensuring a mold life of over 1.8 million cycles. The entire machine consists of a molding host, an automatic material feeding system, a vibration system, a hydraulic power unit, and a palletizing device. The frame is welded with thickened steel to effectively withstand the wear and tear of long-term high-intensity operation. It is also equipped with salt spray and high-temperature protection, making it suitable for the climates of Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

After molding, the bricks are automatically demolded and conveyed to a palletizer for neat stacking. The entire process takes only 15-20 seconds, significantly reducing labor costs.
